MindField Online is grateful for the enthusiastic response we have received to our blog, Facebook page and Twitter feed. But we are also getting a lot of technical questions that these social media sites really can’t handle very well.
In order to save you time and hassle, MindField Online members should address all technical questions, questions about crediting and other similar items to our help desk. The help desk is available Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST. You can use support@mindfieldonline.com or call 800-969-9235 to speak to the help desk.
You can find answers to the most common questions by reviewing our Member Terms of Agreement, Data Quality Policy, FAQ Page or our standard survey invitation. Please visit http://mindfieldonline.com/page/policies along with http://mindfieldonline.com/page/faq to access this information.
Also, many new members are joining through our latest advertisements on Facebook, where they receive points following their full activation. If you have fully activated your MindField Account, and haven’t received your points, you need to contact points@srpoints.com. If you want to confirm that your account was fully activated you can contact our help desk using the contact information above.
